What We Do

Foundation Mechanics delivers general contracting, professional service consulting, and self-perform civil construction services in Chicago and beyond. As a woman-owned small business, FM holds certifications for WBE (Women Business Enterprise) and DBE (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise). We are also an SBA 8(a)-certified contractor.

FM is a resourceful partner with extensive capabilities, solving problems others can’t, don’t, or won’t. We own everything from preconstruction to project completion — by overseeing more of the process, we deliver better results.
